Antoine Johnson provided owner representative services for the renovation and relocation of the Congreso Health Clinic. The clinic consist of clinical health and behavioral health space. The project required a fast track schedule and a layered project approach with the owner, business users, design professionals and construction team. The scope of work included the renovation of 6500 SF at the Congreso headquarters. The work allows for expansion space for the clinic and includes exam rooms, lab, triage and team huddle/workspace. The design included finishes and spatial arranges to resemble a spa atmosphere which challenged the traditional design approach to clinical space. The innovative direction required careful consideration to quality, durability and cost.
