Antoine Johnson is an association partner to LF Driscoll for the renovation and building addition at Virtua Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital located in Camden NJ. The project consist of phased enabling construction of the existing hospital. The project scope includes construction of a 4-story, 21,900 SF addition on the western side of the facility, site work to create additional parking and vehicular access, and renovation of the existing inpatient clinical care spaces in all three buildings. The inpatient clinical care renovation will expand existing service lines that include Surgery, Perfusion, Gastroenterology, Interventional Radiology, Cardiac Catheterization, Neonatal Intensive Care, and Electrophysiology. The project will also include renovation and conversion of existing patient rooms from semi-private to private, mechanical/electrical systems upgrades, a helipad on the roof of the CCP Building, installation of a fire protection system and demolition of a small wing on the east side of the Main Building. The LF Driscoll and Antoine Johnson collaboration is a fully integrated team consisting of Antoine Johnson executive leadership, assistant project manager and superintendent.
