Antoine Johnson provided owner representative services  to Beech Interplex Inc for the Cecil B. Moore Recreation Center Project located at 2551 N. 22nd  Street Philadelphia PA.  The project administrative services included the management of project goals and criteria of multiple entities: Beech Interplex (Project User), City of Philadelphia Rebuild (City Program Manager), Park & Recreation (Program User), Community Stakeholders, Design Professionals and General Contractor. The project requirements included diversity and inclusion goals which were managed by the Project User and monitored via a 3rd  party city vendor. The work covers hazmat remediation and demolition of the existing recreation building and construction of a new recreation building. The existing facility included outdoor space and a two-story plus basement 22,000 SF building. The new 15,000 SF single story building consists of new exterior basketball courts, lighting improvements and site upgrades. The project is LEED Silver and scheduled for completion in the fall of 2025.
