Antoine Johnson provided owner representative services to Fairmount Park Conservancy for the Johnny Sample Cobbs Creek Recreation Center.  The project administrative services included the management of project goals and criteria of multiple entities: Fairmount Park Conservancy (Project User), City of Philadelphia Rebuild (City Program Manager), Park & Recreation (Program User), Community Stakeholders, Design Professionals and General Contractor. The project requirements included diversity and inclusion goals which were managed by the Project User and monitored via a 3rd  party city vendor. The work covers hazmat remediation and a partial demolition of the existing recreation building and construction of a new addition. The scope consists of a renovated gymnasium, new program spaces and site upgrades inclusive of lighting, vehicular/pedestrian paths, plaza civic spine and amphitheater. The project is LEED Silver and scheduled for completion in the Spring of 2025.
