Antoine Johnson served as the owner representative providing management services for the design and construction of the Environetics office space located at 1617 JFK Blvd. in Philadelphia, PA. Services included the management of the design, engineering and construction phases. It was imperative that the office remained occupied thru construction. Antoine Johnson managed the GC RFP process and lead the coordination of phasing and move coordination through the 4 phased construction schedule.
