Antoine Johnson provided Owner Representative Services for the development and construction of Public Health Management Corporation (PHMC) space located at The Provident Building 4601 Market Street Philadelphia PA. PHMC is an anchor tenant of the newly renovated campus occupying 3 floors and approximately 150,000 SF. This project required the coordination of multiple medical and behavioral health user groups. The program included offices, conference rooms, health center, pharmacy, evaluation/therapy rooms and two schools. Design and construction was completed in phases via the Design Bid Build method and two general contractors. Antoine Johnson served as a liaison with the landlord team and provided oversight of the project schedule, budget, and designs/construction. Antoine Johnson also managed the program enabling & move execution, corporate change management as well as tenant construction activities. The project was completed in March 2023.
