Antoine Johnson served as the project manager for more than 50,000 SF of the GSA’s Regional Office Building. The work required an innovative approach to design, operations & management and construction delivery. The $2M project is a product of the changes in the federal workplace. The spaces created provide modern flexible and adaptable workspaces, as well as, economy and efficiency in planning and capital resources. The project incorporates High Performance Green Building products and is a testament of GSA’s commitment to sustainability and Smart Building Initiatives.
