Antoine Johnson provided tier 2 general contracting services to LF Driscoll for the renovation of the Core B5 offices at the Philadelphia Museum of Art located at 2600 Benjamin Franklin Parkway Philadelphia, PA. The project consist of and adaptive reuse of storage and mechanical space into an office for the museum architect and engineering personnel. The area of work was in the occupied portion of the museum and outside of the closed main Core Project area of work. This required precise site logistics and coordination with the museum personnel for all deliveries, shutdowns and elevated noise work. Antoine Johnson held all trade contracts associated with this scope of work. The Antoine Johnson team inclusive of field Superintendent worked closely with the LF Driscoll project team to coordinate and manage procurement, schedule and budget. Antoine Johnson conducted weekly owner meetings and subcontractor meetings through-out the duration of the project.
