Antoine Johnson provided owner representative services for the renovation of The Wellness Center located at 1200 Callowhill operated by Public Health Management Corporation (PHMC). The center consisted of 2 existing health and behavioral health clinics. The project will expand the space to 26,000 square feet and occupy the first and partial basement levels. The work required coordination of multiple users and delicate planning of enabling space to allow 3 construction phases to occur while maintaining full occupancy of the clinics. Construction is scheduled to be complete April 2020. Once complete the new Wellness Center will boast 20 exam rooms, large waiting area, large/small meeting rooms, child care facility, large/small group rooms and a fully equipped dental suite.
