Antoine Johnson provided project management services for the renovation of the Moore College of Art Connelly Library. The project required an expedited schedule to complete the $1.4 million dollar renovation over the course of 3 summer months. The work included interior demolition of the entire library inclusive of 5 structural windows bays of existing class and precast planks. The scope of work included new finishes throughout the library, new floor to ceiling storefront/glazing, upgraded electrical, HVAC and a new roof air handling unit/steel dunnage.
